A living laboratory

The in-house laboratory allows us to test and understand the evolution of the must day by day.


Nothing is left to chance: in-field monitoring, laboratory sampling, and analysis of both soils and grapes. The aim is to create wines that reflect the land with authenticity and precision, free from anything superfluous.
